Overview
In the UK, the sales sector employs just over two million people in directly related occupations and up to another 1.3 million people in roles which include elements of sales practice. This represents 7% of the UK’s workforce. These numbers reflect the relevance of sales to all business activities, and the immense value of the sales occupation to the national economy.
The NSA was specifically set up to address the skills gap employers have in engaging, recruiting and retaining their sales workforce and employees.
The driving force behind the success the National Sales Academy is our understanding of sales from the inside out, our entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for creating and developing successful career pathways in sales.
We provide a number of funded skill based Certificates, Diplomas and Apprenticeships in SALES as well as a free of charge OUTREACH recruitment, assessment and pre work screening BOOTCAMP! We also provide employers with a range of bespoke training courses and access to funding.
The National Sales Academy works with individuals and employers to identify funded opportunities for existing and new staff (see OUTREACH) at levels 2 (Certificates, Diplomas, Apprenticeships) and 3 (Advanced certificates, diplomas, Apprenticeships) for those aged 16-18, 19-24 and 25+. The level and funding depends upon the job role, required experience and age category.
